🚨 Head of Compliance – Mumbai (Supporting UK Dental Practices)

🌟 About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly organised, detail-driven leader to take full ownership of compliance across our UK dental practices. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll shape compliance standards, drive accountability, and ensure readiness for inspections at all times.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- 🧭 Lead compliance strategy across all UK dental practices (remote oversight)
- 📋 Own and oversee internal + external audits end-to-end
- 🖥️ Conduct virtual inspections / floor walk reviews with clear, actionable feedback
- ✅ Ensure CQC readiness across all practices at all times
- 📂 Review & maintain compliance documentation (HR files, policies, governance records)
- ⚠️ Oversee incident management, complaints, and risk logs
- 🤝 Collaborate with Clinical, Ops, and HR teams for consistency
- 🎓 Train & support Practice Managers on compliance standards
- 🚀 Drive continuous improvement and accountability across the business
🎯 Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Proven senior compliance experience (multi-site healthcare preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards & inspections (or equivalent frameworks)
- Experience running audits end-to-end
- Extremely detail-oriented & process-driven
- Highly organised – able to manage large volumes of documentation
- Confident in conducting virtual inspections & giving constructive feedback
- Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
🌟 Highly Desirable (Ideal Profile):
- UK dental experience (Dental Nurse, Practice Manager, Dentist)
- First-hand experience with CQC inspections in the UK
- Deep understanding of compliance within dental practices (beyond corporate compliance)
- Ability to assess real-life clinic standards, not just paperwork
